Led by our CEO and Founder Marianna Penna the "workshow" will flow with two experts in their fields, Deborah Maw, a seasoned astrologist and Félicité Mbenga creative writing coach, this workshop is your invitation to embark on a profound journey of self-exploration.

A little about Deborah and her session...

During 30 years of teaching experiential astrology Deborah has created a unique method of enabling complete beginners to interact with their own astrology through play and experimentation. Using a range of hats Deborah’s students discover hidden depths and desires - their Super Star qualities.

Deborah then leads her students into an exercise ‘unravelling the strings’, using ribbons to represent and open up communication channels for stories to unfold.

A little about Félicité Mbenga and her session...

Free-flow Writing uses the framework of Conscious Writing: a phenomenon that infuses the art of linguistics, literary aesthetics, and stylistic range and calibre to influence the reader's cognitive behaviour while allowing the writer to delve deeper into the most buried parts of themselves. Flow Writing is a beautiful, therapeutic experience that allows writers to dance in tune with the rhythm of their minds, souls, and spirits. A dance that allows them to not only understand themselves more profoundly but to experience themselves anew, over and over again, through numerous refractive lenses.

With guidance from Write.It Coach and Founder, Félicité Mbenga, participants will learn to express themselves authentically and consciously through Flow Writing. By tapping into their inner voices and crafting messages with intention, they will uncover and align their thoughts and words with their true essence to create a powerful conduit for self-expression.

At the end of the session, each participant will name their feelings, learn about their identity and purpose, and formulate a plan to kickstart the journey of their newest adventure.

After the workshow if you are hungry or want to soak in what you have been through, you can stop and relax grabbing a herbal tea or something superhealthy and organic to eat from The Lodge Kitchen and enjoy it in the cafe' or in the zen garden if the weather is good.
