Hello WOW Woman!

For years, I did what so many women in business do: I worked hard, led teams, got married a family and chased every external measure of success, yet felt increasingly invisible in my own life and business. From being called “just human” at school in Naples to having my creative leadership dismissed as “crazy ideas” in a London law firm boardroom, I learned firsthand how empathy, sensitivity and creativity are often undervalued in the business world. My breaking point became my turning point — my “Diamond Moment” — when I decided to stop squeezing myself into someone else’s mould and instead uncover, honour and polish my own inner gems. That journey is now the heart of my work: helping women transform the very qualities they were told to hide into the core of a powerful, authentic personal brand that attracts the right clients, opportunities and growth.

I’m Marianna Penna, founder of WOW Women of Worth London, Human Personal Brand Creator, podcaster, event organiser and sustainable marketing strategist. My my work, I combine heart, soul and mind to help women turn who they are. I guide them to start from within – their story, values and voice – and turn that inner truth into powerful, visible, unforgettable personal brands in order to perform in business effortlessly. I’m the author of an Amazon best-selling book on authenticity and personal branding, creator of the “Brand YOU GemsCraft Journey” framework and a signature talk on Authentic Personal Branding in the Era of AI. Every March, I host the WOW Festival, a Marketing Social Impact event that brings together women, experts and innovators to explore how marketing, visibility and personal branding can be more human, more ethical and more empowering for women in business.
