You shall return the Products within 4 (four) working days from the date you receive the return authorisation number from Nicoletta Carneiro x WoW.
Should Nicoletta Carneiro x WoW accept the return subject to damage or defects on the original pieces, we shall refund the price of the Product(s). Nicoletta Carneiro x WoW will refund to the card/payment method you originally used to pay for the Products once the return will reach our warehouse. We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the Product(s) back, or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the Product(s), whichever is the earliest.
