Born and raised in Naples, where she earned a degree in Economics and Commerce, Marianna Penna has built a professional and entrepreneurial career spanning Italy and the UK, becoming a reference in authentic marketing and high-impact personal brand creation.

In London, she is a member of PRCA (Public Relations & Communications Association), member of the Chartered Institute of Journalists (CIoJ),and former publicist journalist in Italy.

Her career began as a financial controller for an American multinational, giving her a pragmatic, results-oriented approach where numbers guide and underpin effective marketing strategies.

In Italy, she worked for public relations agencies, managing campaigns for international brands in food & beverage and fashion. In London, she served as Marketing Director and Managing Partner at LEXeFISCAL LLP, bringing female leadership to a traditionally male-dominated legal and fiscal sector.

Before founding WOW Women of Worth London in 2021, Marianna honed her skills over 25 years with international agencies and brands in lifestyle, fashion, and food, serving as a marketing strategist, creative director, and event producer. In 2012, she joined LEXeFISCAL as a managing partner, bringing creativity and charisma to the team. This role allowed her to blend her marketing expertise with fiscal and legal insights, enriching her approach to business strategy.

Today, as Human Personal Brand Creator and founder of WOW – Women of Worth London, she guides entrepreneurs and professional women on a slow marketing journey, an approach that starts from inner alignment (inside-out) to translate values and identity into authentic, coherent, and distinctive communication.
